What is this study about? This survey is about the views of allied health professionals on mealtime assistance training in the disability sector, provided for any party whether it be an individual NDIS Participant (as part of a service) or a group of trainees in an organisation, or any other party.

Who is invited to participate in this study? Allied health professionals in Australia - Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist, Registered Occupational Therapist, registered member of AHPRA,

Do I have to take part in this research? No. Participation is voluntary and confidential. It is completely up to you whether or not you decide to take part. You can exit the survey at any time, but your answers submitted to that point are kept. If you decide to participate, I will invite you to read this and complete an online survey. You can change your mind at any time and stop completing the survey without consequences.

What does participation in this online survey involve? Participation involves an online survey which should take approximately 5 minutes to complete.

Are there any risks/inconvenience? No, there are no risks associated with this research.

Are there any benefits? We hope that the findings inform future design and implementation of mealtime assistance training in Australia for people with disability.

Consent to participate. Submission of the online survey is an indication of your consent. By answering the questions to the survey you consent to the research team using your responses in the research. All of this information will be treated confidentially and stored securely on password protected computers at The University of Technology Sydney. No identifying information about you will be collected or included in any reports on the research. Your responses will only be used for the purpose of this research project.
